Havre Police Department

Joseph Don Wetsit of Havre, 24, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a First Street business reported Wednesday at 7:05 a.m. a man was passed out in the men's bathroom.

A scam was reported at 9:14 a.m. Wednesday by a South Dell Drive caller.

Havre Animal Control provided assistance after a caller reported Wednesday at 10:11 a.m. a cat stuck in a tree along U.S. Highway 2 West.

Havre Animal Control made a written or verbal warning after a caller on Second Street reported Wednesday at 10:19 a.m. a tan pitbull acting aggressively.

Jesse Lee Schoening of Havre, 29, was arrested on a probation violation after a caller at a Third Avenue establishment made a complaint at 6:18 p.m. Wednesday.

Autumn Rose Eagleman of Havre, 18, was arrested on charges of minor in possession and disorderly conduct, after an officer first issued a summons on the charges while assisted an intoxicated woman on Third Street at 2:55 a.m. today and then receiving a call from a Fourth Street caller at 3:47 a.m. to provide assistance for an intoxicated woman.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Ronald Dale Stump Sr. of Rocky Boy, 57, was arrested at Hill County Detention Center on a state District Court warrant Wednesday at 12:49 p.m.

A 5:02 p.m. Wednesday report from a County Road 801 Northwest caller was referred to another agency.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Wednesday and one early this morning.

Firefighters responded to a fire alarm at 6:11 p.m. Wednesday on the 800 Block of Fourth Street. The alarm had been activated by over-cooked food, and no assistance was required.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-hair cat and two short-hair cats of unknown gender, and six 7-week-old kittens being fostered until ready for adoption. Another 15 cats and two kittens, all of unknown gender, were listed separately as being held in the shelter or at a volunteer shelter.

The Havre shelter this morning also held a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog, a male German shepherd dog, a female mixed-breed dog, a male Australian shepherd dog, a male shepherd 24-week-old puppy, a male Labrador retriever dog, a female mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy and a female mixed-breed 11-month-old puppy.
