Havre Police Department

Jacob Cole Crebs of Box Elder, 27, was arrested on a charge of escape after a caller with Juvenile Probation reported Monday at 11 a.m. a man had run away from the courthouse on Fourth Street.

A Havre area caller reported Monday at 12:43 p.m. an unauthorized use of a credit card.

--

A Seventh Street caller reported at 12:46 p.m. Monday that someone had broken out a windshield.

--

Chereese Amorita Allery of Box Elder, 28, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a First Street West business reported Monday at 1:57 p.m. a man refused to leave the building.

Alice Julia Linda Lamotte of Havre, 28, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants after an office initiated investigation of suspicious activity Monday at 5:05 p.m. at 11th Street West and Cowan Drive.

Officers investigated a vehicle crash at Fifth Avenue and Sixth Street at 7:06 p.m. Monday.

Officers investigated a faxed scam reported from Third Street Monday at 8:40 p.m.

William Joe Skidmore of Havre, 38, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and charges of resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of conditions of release, after a caller on First Street reported a man and a woman fighting Monday at 9:25 p.m.

Officers investigated a report of a physical argument reported at 5:38 a.m today on Second Street.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Monday at 12:35 p.m. a Sixth Street North caller reported a car had been keyed.

Feather Rae Small of Box Elder, 27, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business made a shoplifting report at 8:06 p.m. Monday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Monday and one call this morning.

A fire unit and an ambulance responded to a report of a gas leak at 11:17 a.m. Monday on the 300 Block of Third Street. Gas was detected and a NorthWestern Energy crew took over the scene to find and repair the problem.

Firefighters responded to a fire alarm on the 10 Block of Third Street West at 10:58 p.m. Monday. It turned out to be a false alarm and the system was reset.

Havre Animal Shelter

   The Havre shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats, one long-hair 8-month-old kitten and a medium-hair 7-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and one medium-hair female cat.

   --

   The Havre shelter also held this morning three female mixed-breed dogs, female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 17-week-old puppy, a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-Australian shepherd dog, a male pit bull terrier dog and a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog.
