A caller at Pepin Park reported Thursday at 9:50 a.m. a boom box was sitting next to the entrance sign.

Ronald Dean Moccasin III of Havre, 34, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants Thursday at 10:12 a.m. on 10th Street West.

Jordan Nash Windyboy of Havre, 35, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license during a vehicle stop on Third Street at 10:52 a.m. Thursday.

Levi Douglas Humphreys of Havre, 25, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after a caller at a First Street business reported the theft of pills Thursday at 1:03 p.m.

An arrest was made related to fake $100 bills at an 11th Street West business Thursday at 1:33 p.m. No details on charges were provided.

Ida Laurie Ahenakew of Box Elder, 45, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and shoplifting after a caller at a First Street business reported a shoplifter Thursday at 4:04 p.m.

Officers investigated an incident related to a vehicle stop on Park Road at 10:47 p.m. Thursday.

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance reported on Montana Avenue at 1:40 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Sheriff's deputies had no investigations or arrests listed in the dispatch log.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Thursday and two this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four medium-hair cats, two long-hair cats, one 12-week-old medium hair kitten and a medium-hair 9-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and two medium-hair female cats. Four cats are also at the shelter for the trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning two female mixed-breed dogs, a male mixed-breed 26-week-old puppy, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male shepherd dog and a female mixed-breed 7-month-old puppy.
