Havre Police Department

A First Street caller reported Monday at 1:13 p.m. that a cellphone was stolen.

A caller at Legion Field reported Monday at 6:55 p.m. that the concession stand had been broken into.

--

Jesse James Flansburg of Havre, 26, was issued a summons on charges of criminal contempt and violation of conditions of release, Monday at 8:03 p.m., after he did not show for a 24/7 Sobriety Program check-in.

A 14-year-old was issued a summons on a juvenile curfew violation charge after a Bonine Drive caller reported Monday at 11:39 p.m. that a boy had left the residence.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Monday at 6:30 p.m., a caller at the hospital reported a dog bite.

William Joseph Williams Jr. of Havre, 34, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge, after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a complaint Monday at 8:13 p.m.

Three arrests were made or summonses issued after a deputy investigated a possible party at Beaver Creek Reservoir Monday at 10:23 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls since Monday morning.

Firefighters responded to an 11:59 a.m. call Monday from NorthWestern Energy about a gas smell on Kober Drive. NorthWestern had been called by the homeowner. Firefighters cleared the scene after the NorthWestern Energy crew arrived.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held five 16-week-old kittens and three cats of unknown gender, five female cats, one male cat and one male 6-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held this morning a male American bulldog, a male American Eskimo dog, a female Jack Russell terrier 6-month-old puppy, a female mix-breed dog, a female mix-breed 6-month-old puppy, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler mix dog, two male mix-breed 7-month-old puppies, two female Labrador retriever dogs, a male 11-month-old pit bull terrier and a Labrador retriever of unlisted gender.
