The following cases were resolved by Hill County Judge Audrey Barger in June.

Kolten Trapper-Lee Adams, born in 1997, had dismissed by the prosecution charges of felony aggravated assault and resisting arrest.

Homer Burton Roberts, born in 1967, had dismissed by the prosecution charges of felony aggravated burglary; felony partner or family member assault causing injury, third offense; felony stalking, second offense; felony strangulation of partner or family member, first offense; violation of a protective order, first offense; theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Darnell Kay Champagne, born in 1978, had dismissed the prosecution a charge of partner of family member assault, causing bodily injury. In a later case, Champagne had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of partner or family member assault causing injury, first offense.

Jennifer R. Wendland, born in 1979, had dismissed by the prosecution charges of felony burglary; criminal mischief, pecuniary loss less than $1,500; criminal trespass to property; theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense; and stalking, first offense.

Clayton Jon Houle, born in 1983, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s licensed.

Dorothy Seminole, born in 1978, was sentenced to 365 days in jail, 31 days credited and 334 days suspended for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, third or subsequent offense; was sentence to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant; and had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of resisting arrest.

Julie Damen Ward, born in 1983, had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of false reports to law enforcement.

Marquita Janine Wright, born in 1994, had dismissed by the court a charge of speeding.

Venita R. Lavenger, born in 1978, was fined $5,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, one day credited, 325 days suspended and 39 in home confinement for driving under the influence, third offense, amended from aggravated DUI, third offense.

Jacyne Rae Bill, born in 1991, was fined $500 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for owner permitting operation of a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense, amended from third offense.

Jon Jay Mount, born in 1977, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked,

James Fleury Buck, born in 1993, had dismissed by the prosecution charges of seatbelt violation and driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Shawn Michael Wright, born in 1995, was fined $250 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, two days credited and 357 suspended, for partner or family member assault causing injury, second offense, and had dismissed by the court a charge of destruction or tampering with a a communication devise to obstruct the report of a criminal offense, amended from creating damage to rental property.

Lance Jay Young, born in 1993, was fined $50 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for resisting arrest.

William Joseph Williams, born in 1985, was found not guilty of disorderly conduct.

Louis Joseph Morsette, born in 1979, had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property.

Robert Lyle Turner, born in 1973, was fined $250 for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense, amended from owner permitting operation of a vehicle without insurance, first offense.

Renee Mary Pruys, born in 1980, had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of theft, second offense. In a subsequent case, Pruys was fined $20 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, two credited and 178 suspended for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property.

Dyllan J. Murray, born in 2000, had dismissed by the prosecution charges of illegal use of spotlights and using driving lamps as headlamps.

Patrick L. Foster, born in 1948, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, first offense, amended from second offense.

John Glenn Stratton, born in 1982, had dismissed by the prosecution charges of careless driving, operating a vehicle with expired registration and operating a vehicle without liability insurance, second offense.

Logan Paul Jackson, born in 1997, was fined $250 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense, and was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving a vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, first offense, amended from second offense.

Judiann Da Neice Doney, born in 1995, was found guilty of operating a vehicle without liability insurance, second offense.

Samuel Edd Rodgers, born in 1993, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, two days credited and 178 days suspended for possession of drug paraphernalia.

——

Kyle James Reynolds, born in 1983, was fined $200 for speeding 98 mph in a 65 mph zone.

——

A girl born in 2005 was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $200 for driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed one; was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $50 for failing to have a child under 6 and less than 60 pounds restrained; given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $250 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense; and given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $70 for speeding 83 mph in a 70 mph zone.

Scott Earl Smith, born in 1981, was fined $50 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for trespass to property.

——

Richard Arthur Jespersen, born in 1951, was fined $100 for reckless endangerment of a highway worker, first offense, and fined $50 for improper passing in a no-passing zone.

——

Matthew S. Hofer, born in 1982, forfeited $250 bond for exceeding the maximum gross weight allowed any group of axles.

——

Melissa Morsette Nagel, born in 1976, was fined $50 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, three days credited and 360 suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, third subsequent offense; was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, three days credited and 177 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, second offense; and had dismissed by the court charges for failing to submit vehicle to inspection.

Taralynn Writingbird, born in 1986, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, two days credited and 178 suspended, for possession of marijuana, second offense.

——

Arthur Ryan Windyboy Sr., born in 1977, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, three days credited and 177 suspended, for possession of drug paraphernalia.

——

Kyle M. Magnus, born in 1993, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for trespass to property.

——

Anthony Micheal Edward Craumer, born in 1977, forfeited $100 bond for fishing without a license.

——

Another 48 citations had fines of less than $100 in cases where no other sentence was handed down.
