The following cases were resolved by Havre City Judge Janie Hedstrom in August.

Kali Jo Henry, born in 1995, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and ordered to pay $29.99 restitution after pleading no contest to theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Angel Leigh Belcourt, born in 1977, had dismissed by the court a charge of endangering the welfare of a child, first violation.

——

Connor David Crawford, born in 1999, had dismissed by the prosecution charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest.

——

Christopher Thomas Irby, born in 1988, was found guilty of disorderly conduct, first offense, amended from partner or family member assault, first offense.

Roy Arthur Weikum Jr., born in 2000, had a suspended or deferred sentence revoked.

In a subsequent case, Weikum was fined $200 for MIP, over 18, second offense and fined $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for endangering the welfare of a child, first violation.

Dixie Lynn Hernandez, born in 1971, had dismissed by the prosecution charges of vicious animals, first offense, and animals running at large, first offense.

In a subsequent case, Hernandez was fined $200 for animals running at large, third offense

Kurt Allan Eagleman, born in 1979, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 168 days suspended and 12 credited, after pleading no contest to assault, purposely causing injury.

A girl born in 2003 had dismissed by the prosecution charges of tobacco possession or consumption under 18, second offense, and careless driving and was fined $600 for driving under the influence, first offense.

Marina Ann Crantz, born in 1996, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for privacy in communications, first offense.

Latesha Marie Jackson, born in 2000, was fined $20 for violation of restrictions on instruction permit and was fined $350 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, second offense.

Anthony Landell Gregori, born in 1990, had dismissed by the prosecution charges of stop sign violation and careless driving; was fined $600 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for DUI, first offense; and was fined $75 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for resisting arrest.

Arden David Flansburg Jr., born in 1991, was found guilty of driving without a valid driver’s license and was fined $350 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, second offense.

Crystal Gale Daychild, born in 1977, was fined $200 for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, first offense.

William Joseph Williams Jr., born in 1985, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 175 days suspended and five credited, for trespass to property; was sentenced to 365 days in jail, 360 days suspended and five credited, for theft, obtaining control over stolen property, third or subsequent offense; and was ordered to pay $20 restitution on the case.

Noel Edmund Lowe III, born in 1985, had dismissed by the court a charge of failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

——

Melynda Dionne Werk, born in 1979, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended and four credited, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

——

Adrian Tyrell Chiefstick, born in 1982, was fined $600 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for DUI, first offense; was fined $30 for careless driving; was fined $20 for seat belt violation; was fined $50 for possession of open alcoholic beverage in a vehicle on highway; and was fined $250 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, second offense.

Hedstrom also transferred eight citations to another court. Another 25 citations had only fines of less than $100, and six citations were voided by the ticketing agency.
