Havre Police Department

A caller from a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported at 6:32 a.m. Friday that a company vehicle may have hit a light post at Seventh Avenue and First Street.

A caller on Center Street reported backing into a neighbor's truck at 9:51 a.m. Friday.

--

Seneca Tenielle Sutherland of Box Elder, 40, was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and speeding 12:17 p.m. Friday during a motor vehicle stop on 16th Avenue West.

--

A remote monitoring device violation was reported Friday at 12:31 p.m. at the police station.

--

Holly Jo Beard of Havre, 45, was issued a summons on a charge of vicious dog after a caller reported Friday at 6:55 p.m. that a child was bit by a dog.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 59, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a First Street business reported an intoxicated man behind the building Friday at 8:22 p.m.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on a reckless driving charge, after a caller in a First Street parking lot reported Friday at 10:17 p.m. a vehicle "did a donut in the parking lot" shattered a car windshield and did some damage to paint.

A caller reported Saturday at 10:46 a.m. that the water pumping station was making loud noises and Havre Public Works was notified.

--

Someone stopped at the police station Saturday at 11:11 a.m. to report that a credit card had been stolen and was being used in Havre.

A juvenile status offense was reported by Child and Family Services Saturday at 1:43 p.m.

--

An 11-year-old was issued a summons on two charges of trespass to property and a 14-year-old was issued a summons on charges of probation violation and two counts of trespass to property after callers on Third Street reported hearing loud kids next door at 3:03 p.m. Saturday.

Vincent Michael Kaluza of Havre, 61, was issued a summons on a careless driving charge, after a caller on First Street West reported Saturday at 3:48 p.m. that a driver in an older green pickup truck was swerving and almost hit the caller on Fifth Avenue.

Avery Jordan Boe of Hays, 36, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and possession of drug paraphernalia after a caller on Fourth street reported a relative was banging on the front door Sunday at 2:49 a.m.

--

Stephanie Rita Small of Havre, 37, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge, after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation was reported at the police station Sunday at 8:01 a.m.

--

A Sunday 1:44 p.m. report of a drug offense was investigated on 10th Street.

Donte Terrell Simpkins of Havre, 29, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and failing to carry or produce vehicle insurance during a vehicle stop on 11th Street West Sunday at 2:51 p.m.

--

Michael Robert Breeden of Montana, 30, was arrested on disorderly conduct charges after a caller with Amtrak asked Sunday at 2:57 p.m. for help removing a passenger.

--

A non-injury vehicle crash was reported on 11th Street West Sunday at 8:14 p.m.

--

A dog bite was reported by hospital personnel at 2:44 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at a Second Street West business Saturday at 8:23 p.m.

Eric Howard Harrison of Havre, 19, was arrested on a charge of contempts for which a justice of the peace may punish after someone at Hill County Detention Center asked deputies Sunday at 6:57 p.m. for assistance.

--

Allen Carlos Sutherland of Box Elder, 39, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, trespass to property and assault with a weapon and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a Box Elder establishment reported a disturbance Sunday at 9:19 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Friday and four Saturday. The call sheet for Sunday to this morning had not arrived by print deadline this morning.

Firefighters responded to a report of smoke on the 400 Block of 12th Avenue at 5:49 a.m. Sunday. A pile of leaves was smoldering, so they fully extinguished the fire.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four cats of unknown gender, three male cats and four female cats.

The shelter also held two female and one male 8-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a male St. Bernard-mix dog, a female 17-week-old pit bull terrier puppy, one female and one male mixed-breed dogs, a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 14-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a female Staffordshire bull terrier dog. Another nine 11-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.

Births

A boy was born Sunday, April 11, 2021, to Lauren Windy Boy of Havre.
