Havre Police Department

Terrance Lee Gray of Havre, 58, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at 8 a.m. Friday.

A caller with Havre Public Works reported Friday at 9:21 a.m. that motorists are driving around barricades on Third Street.

--

A caller at Fifth Avenue and 15th Street reported Friday at 11:16 a.m. that someone was plowing their snow into the middle of the street.

--

A sexual assault was reported in the Havre area Friday at 11:30 a.m.

--

A two-vehicle, non-injury crash was reported on First Street at 5:25 p.m. Friday.

--

Officers assisted with an investigation on Third Street at 7:18 p.m. Friday.

--

A 15-year-old Havre boy was issued a summons on charges of careless driving and a traffic crime after a caller on Ninth venue reported Friday at 8:01 p.m. someone was spotlighting and officers made a traffic stop on 17th Street at 8:10 p.m.

Officers investigated a Saturday 7:23 a.m. runaway juvenile report on Sixth Street and at 6:17 p.m. someone stopped at the police station to report the person missing. Officers then assisted another agency with this incident at Carpenter Park on Fourth Street at 6:39 p.m.

David Richard Place of Havre, 55, was arrested on a theft charge and a Justice or City court warrant served at 9:57 a.m. Saturday.

--

A stolen vehicle report was made Saturday at 12:24 p.m. on Second Street.

--

A caller reported juveniles were throwing things at a front door on 19th Street Saturday at 9:42 p.m.

--

A Sunday 9:16 a.m. caller asking what do if someone in another town was making suicidal comments was advised to notify the police department in that city.

--

A hit and run crash was reported on Montana Avenue Sunday at 1:53 p.m.

--

A Sunday 4:36 p.m. caller on Second Street reported someone had damaged a garage door.

--

Cody James Robinson of Harlem, 27, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assault on a peace officer or judicial officer after a caller on First Street Northeast reported an intoxicated man kept coming to the caller's door and saying people were chasing him.

Cherise Amorita Allery of Box Elder, 32, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. today on two Justice or City court warrants after calling from First Street about needing help but would not give information on the situatiuon.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Michael Paul Russette of Box Elder, 34, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after Rocky Boy Police Department reported Friday at 2:23 p.m. that an intoxicated man was wandering around a Box Elder establishment and on the road

Marshall Earl Doney of Havre, 34, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after a domestic disturbance was reported Friday at 7:18 p.m. on Third Street.

Maggie Margaret Arkinson of Box Elder, 34, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants after a caller on U.S. Highway 87 reported at 7:21 p.m. Saturday that people were walking along the side of the road near mile marker 100.

--

Deputies provided back up for Montana Highway Patrol on U.S. Highway 2 near mile marker 385 at 8:01 p.m. Saturday.

--

A 10:10 a.m. Sunday caller on County Road 275 North asked to speak with a deputy about some questions.

--

Deputies assisted MHP with a vehicle crash on Wildhorse Road near mile marker 7 at 2:13 p.m. Sunday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to seven calls Friday, 10 calls Saturday and six calls Sunday.

Firefighters responded to an 11:56 a.m. Friday call on the 1000 block of 11th Street West where the found melting snow on the roof was making steam that looked like smoke.

--

A fire crew responded with an ambulance to a vehicle crash at Main Street and Third Avenue Friday at 5:26 p.m. No injuries resulted from the crash.

--

Firefighters and a NorthWestern Energy crew responded at 10:03 a.m. Saturday to a gas leak on the 1900 Block of 2nd Street Northeast where a gas leak was found at the stove and repaired.

--

A fire crew and ambulance responded Sunday at 2:02 p.m. to a vehicle crash on Wildhorse Road. No injuries resulted from the crash.

--

Also Sunday, a fire crew assisted someone with their oxygen at 11:58 p.m. on Third Street Southwest.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four cats of unknown gender, five male cats, two female 7-month-old kittens and four female cats. Four cats were also being held for the trap-neuter-release program.

--

The shelter also held six male and two female mixed-breed dogs, a female dachshund, a male pit bull terrier, a 22-week-old Australian shepherd puppy and four 11-week-old mixed-breed puppies. Additionally, an 11-week-old puppy and a male dog, both of mixed-breeding, were being housed off-site.
