Havre Police Department

A vandalized vehicle was reported on Ninth Street at 11:14 a.m. Thursday.

Clifford Black Elk of Havre, 31, was arrested on a Justice Court warrant and charges of trespass to property and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a male trespasser was reported Thursday at 7:12 p.m. at a First Street business.

A First Street caller reported at 12:03 a.m. today that electronics were stolen.

Three arrests were made after a caller on Glo Drive reported at 3:11 a.m. today that a man tried to break into the caller's house. No details on charges were provided.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A Thursday 10:13 a.m. report of a vehicle in the ditch at County Road 860 Northwest was referred to Montana Highway Patrol.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at a Box Elder establishment at 12:30 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Thursday and one call early this morning, and firefighters assisted the ambulance crew at 10:17 a.m. Thursday at a vehicle crash at U.S. Highway 2 West and County Road 860 Northwest.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, three female cats, six male cats and six 7-week-old kittens.

The shelter also held four female dogs, two male dogs and 11 puppies from 11 weeks to 11 months old. Additionally, a male dog was being housed off-site.
