Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a suspicious 911 call in which the caller hung up Tuesday at 8:25 a.m.

A caller on Third Street West asked Tuesday at 10:34 a.m. to speak with an officer about a theft.

--

A caller at a 13th Street facility reported money was missing Tuesday at 11:52 a.m.

--

Garrett Odell Webb of Havre, 31, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and charges of vandalism and trespass to property after a caller on Wilson Avenue reported Tuesday 4:37 p.m. someone was trying to get in the caller's backdoor and reported at 5:42 p.m. that someone was in the garage.

Tuesday at 4:46 p.m., a Child Protective Service hotline worker reported a sexual assault in the Havre area.

A caller on Cypress Drive asked Tuesday at 4:53 p.m. to speak with an officer about a complaint.

--

Thomas Anthony Hernandez of Montana, 56, was arrested on a theft charge after a shoplifter was reported at a First Street West business at 5:01 p.m. Tuesday.

Robert Dancingfeather Gutierrez of Havre, 29, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after officers responded early today to a 2:04 a.m. hold-up alarm at a First Street business.

Hill County Sheriff's Officer

Jeremie Dainiel Brandon of Havre, 46, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants served Tuesday at 11:39 a.m. on Third Street.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at a Box Elder establishment at 1:06 p.m. Tuesday.

Skylah Marie Morsette of Box Elder, 27, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served Tuesday at 5:12 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

Brittany Leigh Henderson of Havre, 28, was arrested on charges of driving a vehicle with expired registration and driving with no driver's license and on three Justice or City court warrants and Josephine Olethea Arkinson of Box Elder, 41, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a vehicle stop in Box Elder Tuesday at 11:11 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Tuesday and two call early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning, the animal shelter held three cats and three 4-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, four female cats, one 19-week-old kitten and four male cats.

Also this morning the animal shelter held a male corgi-Labrador retriever cross, a male border collie, five female mixed-breed dogs, a female German shepherd, nine 18-week-old puppies, a male hound, and one adult and two 7-month-old St. Bernards. Additionally, three 16-week-old puppies and a dog were being housed off-site.
