Havre Police Department

A Tuesday 8:38 a.m. caller reported packages stolen from front door step on Lincoln Avenue.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a man and a woman were reported fighting on Fourth Avenue at 12:28 p.m. Tuesday.

--

A caller at a First Street business asked at 4:48 p.m. and 4:51 p.m. Tuesday to speak with an officer about a theft, forgery or fraud.

--

Ryan Moses St. Pierre of Box Elder, 21, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a shoplifter was reported at a First Street business Tuesday at 5:06 p.m.

Two counterfeit bills were reported Tuesday at 7:36 p.m. at a First Street West business.

--

Makya Lodgepole of Havre, 19, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge while officers were assisting a Havre Fire Department crew at 7:58 p.m. Tuesday on Jefferson Avenue.

Child Protective Services made a report to Havre Police at 10:23 p.m. Tuesday and officers assisted with the investigation.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported Tuesday at 9:22 p.m. on 66th Avenue West.

A Tuesday 10:26 p.m. report of a vehicle getting stuck on the railroad tracks near 22nd Avenue North after the vehicle struck a deer was referred to Montana Highway Patrol.

A Tuesday 7:01 p.m. report of an active disturbance on Clearview Road was referred to Rocky Boy Agency.

--

An 11:09 p.m. Tuesday report of an injured owl in the west end of the BNSF Railway yard was referred to another agency.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held four female cats and three male cats.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held six female mixed-breed dogs, two 14-week-old puppies, a male 6-month-old puppy, a female German shepherd, a male 23-week-old puppy, four 13-week-old puppies and a female 17-week-old puppy. Additionally, two 16-week-old puppies and one 11-week-old puppy were being housed off-site.
