Havre Police Department

A theft was reported at a First Street business Monday at 8:20 a.m.

An 11th Street caller reported Monday at 8:38 a.m. that someone had taken out financial aid loans in the caller's name.

--

Andrew Mason Ridgell of Havre, 31, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served at 10:52 a.m. Monday on First Street Northeast.

A Monday 11:47 a.m. caller on 10th Avenue reported that someone had broken into the caller's garage over the weekend and stolen a bike.

--

A caller at a Second Street business reported at 12:59 p.m. Monday that a delivery package had been stolen out of the drop off.

--

A First Street caller reported Monday at 2:21 p.m. being threatened by a man with something in his hand.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller reported a possible domestic disturbance on 11th Street West at 2:47 p.m. Monday, and officers had to advise the culprits, who were yelling at a video game, to keep the noise down.

Officers removed a road hazard after a car fender was reported in the middle of 11th Street at 6:47 p.m. Monday.

A vehicle crash was reported at the police station on 4th Street Monday at 8:47 p.m.

James David Berger Jr. of Havre, 45, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance and expired vehicle registration during a vehicle stop on First Street at 2:23 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

The sheriff's office dispatch log reported no arrests, summonses or investigations in the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to six calls Monday, including one accompanying firefighters at 12:04 p.m. to the 100 Block of First Street West, where no fire was found and the alarm was reset.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held six female cats, three male cats, three 10-week-old kittens and one cat of unknown gender.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held one 6-month-old puppy, five female dogs, and nine puppies between 9 and 16 weeks old.
