Havre Police Department

A 6:43 a.m. Wednesday caller in Havre asked to speak with the investigating officer about an ongoing forged check case.

A hit and run car crash was reported at Lincoln-McKinley school Wednesday at 8:04 a.m.

A 17th Street West caller reported Wednesday at 8:18 a.m. that someone had broken into his truck

A caller on 10th Street West reported at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday that someone had broken into the caller's house and stole some items.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller reported that people were in front of a Second Street business asking passersby for money Wednesday at 2:33 p.m.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Seventh Street caller reported at 4:03 p.m. Wednesday that some boys, one in a white Chevrolet, were trying to shoot deer in the city limits.

Fred Nashookpuk of Havre, 38, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a 4:28 p.m. Wednesday caller on Second Street reported a man sleeping outside an apartment building.

Priscilla Nomee of Havre, 39, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after officers at 4:40 p.m. Wednesday stopped on First Street West to investigate two people walking up the hill into traffic. Officers had stopped at 4:15 p.m. on First Street West to investigate suspicious activity involving Nomee and had issued a written or verbal warning at that time.

Someone stopped at the police station Wednesday at 7:33 p.m. asking to speak with an officer.

Officers were asked at 10:26 p.m. Wednesday to assist Rocky Boy Police at the hospital.

Duane Bradlee Snow of Hays, 61, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers stopped to assist Havre Fire Department during a medical call at a First Street business at 2:24 a.m. today.

Officers assisted with a medical call on Spruce Drive at 2:59 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Justin David Miller of Rudyard, 38, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants served Wednesday at 1:52 p.m. in Rudyard on First Avenue Northwest.

An arrest was made after a Wednesday 3:24 p.m. caller on County Road 451 Southeast reported a person living in a camper. No details on charges were provided.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Wednesday and three calls early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held four female cats, eight kittens between 15 weeks and 7 months old, and two male cats.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held four puppies between 14 and 22 weeks old, three female mixed-breed dogs, a female and a male Rottweiler and a female German shepherd. Additionally, two puppies, ages 18-weeks and 24-weeks, were being housed offsite.
