Havre Police Department

A 13th Street West caller reported Friday at 7:50 a.m. that their mailbox had been hit during the night.

Michelle Rose Jiron of Havre, 32, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at the police station Friday at 8:14 a.m.

Landon Blacktongue of Havre, 25, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served during a Friday 9:11 a.m. vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 West.

--

Thomas Paul McCabe III of Dodson, 43, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served during a vehicle stop on First Street West at 5:30 p.m. Friday.

--

A cat bite was reported by hospital personnel Friday at 7:34 p.m.

--

A 14th Street West caller reported at 8:32 p.m. Friday that their mailbox had been hit.

A written or verbal warning was issued after barking dogs on Glo Drive were reported Friday at 10:27 p.m.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a disorderly woman was reported at a First Street establishment at 1:47 a.m. Saturday.

Sasha Valeen Longknife of Fort Belknap, 40, was arrested on charges of assault on a peace or judicial officer, trespass to property, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest after a 2:49 a.m. Saturday caller reported an intoxicated woman at a Third Street West residence who did not live at that residence.

A 14-year-old Havre girl was issued a summons on a juvenile curfew violation charge after a 3:58 a.m. Saturday caller on Fifth Street reported a juvenile status offense.

Stormy Susanlee Adams of Box Elder, 33, was arrested on charges of no vehicle insurance, operating a vehicle without valid registration, operating a vehicle with fictitious plates and seat belt violation after a vehicle stop on First Street Saturday at 3:43 p.m.

A 15-year-old Havre boy was issued a summons on charges of vandalism and juvenile curfew violation and a 16-year-old Havre boy was issued a summons on a juvenile curfew violation charge after two Sunday 1:35 a.m. callers on 17th Street West reported individuals in a red Nissan pickup truck smashing mailboxes with bats.

A dog bite was reported by hospital personnel at 12:29 p.m. Sunday.

Ryan Moses St. Pierre of Havre, 21, was arrested on charges of trespass to property, attempted theft and shoplifting after a shoplifter was reported in custody at a First Street business Sunday at 2:43 p.m.

Someone stopped at the police station Sunday at 2:47 p.m. to reported a theft, forgery or fraud.

--

A watch was reported Sunday at 6:12 p.m. found at Rotary Park on Beaver Creek Boulevard.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

David Loitwood Wilkie of Havre, 46, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence, refused to test, after a suspicious vehicle was reported on Clear Creek Friday at 7:28 a.m.

Joe Don Demontiney of Box Elder, 42, was arrested on a state District Court warrant after an 11:57 a.m. Friday transport from Rocky Boy Detention Center to Hill County Detention Center.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported on First Street Southeast in Box Elder at 1:52 p.m. Saturday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Friday, four calls Saturday, four calls Sunday and two calls early this morning.

Firefighters responded to a trash bin fire in the alley on the 1200 Block of Grant Avenue at 10:52 a.m. Friday. Havre Fire Chief Nathan Courtnage said the fire was just smoldering and they got it put out before any damages to the bin.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held two 16-week-old kittens of unknown gender, three female cats, seven kittens between 16 weeks and 7 months old, and two male cats.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held four female mixed-breed dogs, seven puppies between 14 weeks and 9 months old, and a female and a male Rottweiler. Additionally, two puppies, ages 19-weeks and 24-weeks, were being housed offsite.
