Havre Police Department

Officers arrested Michelle Rose Jiron of Havre, 32, on a charge of criminal contempt after a report at 8:18 a.m. Monday of a 24/7 sobriety program violation.

Officers investigated a report made from First Street Northeast at 1:42 p.m. Monday of a vehicle theft.

After a report of a person breaking a business sign was made Monday at 3:16 p.m. from Second Street and Fifth Avenue, officers officers arrested Jasmin Rose LaForge, 28, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

After a request was made at 9:28 p.m. Monday from the 700 Block of First Street for a welfare check, officers arrested Raymond Windyboy of Rocky Boy, 61, on charges of disorderly conduct and open container in the city.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies provided medical transport Monday at 8:26 a.m. on the 3500 Block of 13th Street West and at 10:19 p.m. on the 2800 Block of 38th Street Northeast.

Havre Fire Department

Havre Fire Department emergency medical technicians responded to six calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held, three female cats, nine kittens between 16 weeks and 7 months old, and two male cats and two female cats.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held four female mixed-breed dogs, seven puppies between 14 weeks and 9 months old, and a female and a male Rottweiler. Additionally, two puppies, ages 19-weeks and 24-weeks, were being housed offsite.
