Havre Police Department

A non-injury vehicle crash was reported Thursday at 11:57 a.m. at 13th Avenue and Third Street.

Henry Craig Frank of Havre, 57, was arrested on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle after a caller at a First Street West business reported a stolen 2012 white Dodge Ram pickup truck Thursday at 4:17 p.m.

Aliyah Brielle Eagleman of Havre, 23, was arrested on nine Justice or City court warrants after officers were asked Thursday at 5:44 p.m. to assist Havre Fire Department at a medical call on 16th Avenue.

A non-injury vehicle crash was reported at 5:53 p.m. Thursday at 10th Street and McKinley Avenue.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller at 12:21 a.m. Friday reported that a neighbor's dogs on 12th Avenue were left outside in cold temperatures.

Kirk William Kinsella of Havre, 50, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and tail light violation during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest Friday at 1:24 a.m.

An arrest was made during a vehicle stop on Fourth Avenue at 4:34 a.m. Friday, but no information on the charges was provided.

Lana Belgarde Saddler of Box Elder, 53, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at the police station Friday at 8 a.m.

Officers were asked Friday at 7:36 p.m. to assist with a civil standby on Ninth Street and the incident was resolved peacefully.

Aretha Ellen Martin of Havre, 48, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a Friday 8:04 p.m. caller at the hospital reported a person who had no where to go.

An incident on Bullhook Boulevard was resolved peacefully after a 1:59 a.m. Saturday call to 911 was disconnected after a woman was heard screaming.

Officers removed a hazard from the road Saturday at 5:24 a.m. at Third Avenue and First Street.

Kianna Lynda-Lou Longfox of Havre, 18, was arrested on an assault charge after a Saturday 4:43 p.m. caller on First Street reported a family member was beat up.

A person with a dog bite was reported at the hospital at 8:03 p.m. Saturday.

A First Street Northeast caller reported a noise complaint at 9:44 p.m. Saturday and officers resolved the incident peacefully.

Joseph Richard Corcoran of Havre, 46, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants after a vehicle stop on First Street at 12:09 a.m. Sunday.

A caller south of town reported Sunday at 6:18 p.m. finding an injured deer that had been struck by a vehicle, and the caller reported he euthanized the deer.

Danielle Jean Kraft of Peyton, Colorado, 37, was arrested on charges of aggravated DUI, expired registration and headlamp violation after a vehicle stop on Seventh Avenue at 12:21 a.m. today.

A 15-year-old boy was issued a summons on a juvenile curfew violation charge after a 12th Avenue caller reported at 12:40 a.m. today that the juvenile had left the residence 20 minutes prior.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Sheriff's office dispatch log reported no arrests, summonses or investigations during Thursday's 24-hour reporting period.

Jeffery Scott Werk of Harlem, 34, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served Friday at 4:28 p.m. while being held at Hill County Detention Center.

Willdette Mary Duran of Havre, 37, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a theft, forgery or fraud was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Friday at 6:17 p.m.

Deputies investigated a theft, forgery or fraud reported Saturday at 3:25 p.m. on 11th Street North.

--

An arrested was made at 6:51 p.m. Saturday on a warrant at the detention center, but no details on charges were provided.

Montana Highway Patrol

Troopers responded Sunday at 9:18 a.m. to a single-vehicle crash with an injury near mile marker 62 on U.S. Highway 87 south of Big Sandy. Responding Trooper Tyrel Hendrickson said the driver of the vehicle lost control due to black ice conditions. Of the vehicle's six occupants, one person was injured in the crash and transported to the Big Sandy medical facility. No citations were issued.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Thursday, including three accompanying firefighters at vehicle crashes with no injuries; three calls Friday, including one to Kremlin; five calls Saturday; and two calls Sunday.

Firefighters responded to two gas calls, one at 11:10 a.m. Saturday on the 600 Block of 17th Street and the other at 4:40 a.m. Sunday on the 600 Block of Second Street.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held two cats of unknown gender, one female cat and three male cats.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held 15 puppies between 12 weeks and 10 months old, one female mixed-breed dog and one male mixed-breed dog. Additionally, six 17-week-old puppies were being housed off-site.
