Havre Police Department

Officers assisted Montana Highway Patrol Troopers Monday at 9:22 a.m. on First Street West.

A caller at a First Street West business reported finding three blue pills on the ground at 9:40 a.m.

--

Elizabeth Grace Chellis of Havre, 40, was issued a summons on charges of vicious dog and dog at large after a caller on Lincoln Avenue reported Monday at 11:22 a.m. that two loose dogs attacked a dog being walked on its leash.

A Monday 7:38 p.m. caller reported children were playing under the Seventh Avenue viaduct then running in front of cars on the viaduct. Police searched for but could not find the individuals.

Priscilla Rae Strike of Havre, 36, was arrested on charges of trespass to property, disorderly conduct, vandalism and resisting arrest after a 17th Street West caller reported at 1:14 a.m. today that a woman busted a window on a pickup truck.

A caller at 1:59 a.m. today reported a possible water main break on First Street West and a second caller at 3:10 a.m. reported water coming up from several man hole covers in the same location.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported in Box Elder Friday at 2:43 p.m.

Cordell Kyle Wilson of Havre, 30, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and three Justice or City court warrants served after a caller asked Friday at 10:03 p.m. for assistance half a mile east of Beaver Creek Reservoir.

Deputies were asked Friday at 11:26 p.m. to provide assistance to another agency on Beaver Creek Highway.

--

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported in Box Elder at 3:52 p.m. Saturday.

--

A 2:54 p.m. Monday caller at a Box Elder establishment asked for assistance from deputies.

--

Stevi Danielle Henry of Havre, 26, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant in Hill County at 8:59 p.m. Monday.

Jalene Rae Pinkerton of Havre, 49 was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license during a vehicle stop on Fourth Street Monday at 10:04 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held four cats all of unknown gender, five male cats, two female 9-month-old kittens, one female cat and a 6-month-old female kitten.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held 10 mixed-breed puppies between 3 weeks and 25 weeks old, four female mixed-breed dogs and one male mixed-breed dog. Additionally, two 21-week-old puppies and one 7-week-old puppy were being housed off-site.
