Havre Police Department

A Monday 9:28 p.m. caller reported a boy, who was underdressed for the weather, walking down Washington Avenue, and responding officers provided transportation to Havre Public Schools.

Officers assisted another agency with an 11:14 a.m. Monday call in Havre.

A possible temporary restraining order violation was reported at 2:14 p.m. in Havre.

A First Street Northeast caller asked officers Monday at 3:47 p.m. for assistance with a girl who hid out all day rather than go to school, and after attempting to make contact, an officer said he would try again this morning.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller at 11:24 p.m. Monday complained about a First Street Northeast neighbor being noisy.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a 1:01 a.m. caller today reported music blaring below First Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported Monday at 7:05 a.m. on First Street Southeast in Box Elder.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported Monday at 3:42 p.m. on Fifth Street North.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to one call Monday and one call early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held two cats and six kittens all of unknown gender, four male cats, one male 21-week-old kitten, three female cats and a 6-month-old female kitten.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held 11 mixed-breed puppies between 4 weeks and 6 months old, five female mixed-breed dogs and one male mixed-breed dog and a male bulldog. Additionally, two 22-week-old puppies, five 5-week-old puppies and one 8-week-old puppy were being housed off-site.
