Havre Police Department

Justin Phillip Johnson of Havre, 42, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants and on a charge of disorderly conduct after a Fourth Street caller reported an inebriated man in their backyard Friday at 9:53 a.m.

A Fifth Avenue caller reported at 10:09 a.m. Friday finding two white bags containing a white substance. No investigation was initiated.

Officers responded to a Friday 11 a.m. report of a burglary in progress at a residence on First Avenue. No investigation was initiated.

A caller at the hospital asked for assistance after a person left the emergency room against medical advice and with their IV still in their arm. Officers searched for but could not locate the individual.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Havre area caller asked Friday at 1:37 p.m. for assistance with an ex who was continuing to contact the caller.

Officers responded to a 3:05 p.m. Friday report from services agency.

Officers searched for but could not locate a man reported Friday at 5:30 p.m. to be throwing objects at vehicles on Third Avenue

A Friday 6:17 p.m. caller reported their child was being harassed on First Avenue.

Kitty Rae Barrett of Havre, 58, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, improper left turn and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle after a 9:30 p.m. Friday vehicle stop on Seventh Avenue North.

Thomasina Lynn Grant of Havre, 41, was arrested on charges of DUI, no driver's license, failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance tail light violation and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a 12:31 a.m. Saturday vehicle stop on First Avenue West.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller at a First Street business asked Saturday at 11:04 a.m. for a police standby while a man was asked to leave the business.

A Fourth Street man reported an intoxicated woman in the street Saturday at 11:34 a.m. No investigation was initiated for the incident.

Flint Walker Blackwolf of Box Elder, 36, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting and on a pick up and hold order after a caller at a First Street business reported a theft at 2:02 p.m. Saturday, and Blackwolf was reported back at the business Sunday at 5:41 p.m.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Saturday 6:27 p.m. caller on Boulevard Avenue reported someone in a U-Haul was taking things out of the caller's house.

A caller at 13th Street and Fifth Avenue reported Saturday at 6:45 p.m. reported their vehicle slid down the hill and hit a light pole. Havre Fire Department ambulance crew also responded and no transport was necessary.

Officers assisted a driver whose vehicle was stuck on 13th Street at 8:12 Saturday.

Officers assisted someone who needed a ride home from the hospital at 9:41 p.m. Saturday.

--

A vehicle crash was reported on 11th Street West Saturday at 11:09 p.m. Havre Fire also responded and treated three people but no transport to medical care was necessary.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a loud party was reported Sunday at 1:05 a.m. on Center Street.

Kinsey Grace Adkins of Havre, 21, was arrested on charges of DUI, headlamp violation and careless driving after a Sunday 1:43 a.m. vehicle stop on Ninth Avenue.

A Fourth Avenue caller asked Sunday at 3:33 a.m. for assistance, and the incident was resolved peacefully.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Sunday 5:45 a.m. caller on Second Street reported two men banging on the caller's door.

Meriel Rose English of Havre, 21, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge after a preliminary breath test violation was reported at 7:48 a.m. Sunday at the police station.

Forrest Rainspirit Doney of Havre, 29, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation was reported at 7:54 a.m. Sunday at the police station.

A Fourth Street caller reported a disturbance involving a woman who then left the scene prior to officers arriving. The caller said they would report is she returned again.

Officers provided assistance to a 10:29 a.m. Sunday caller in Havre who had questions about an eviction notice.

--

Officers provided assistance to First Street business caller who asked for help removing two men from a business.

--

A Sunday 12:33 p.m. caller asked officers to perform a welfare check on someone on First Avenue.

--

Officers responded to a 2 p.m. Sunday disturbance involving an ex-fiance on Rich Street West and the incident was resolved peacefully.

--

A 6 p.m. Sunday caller reported a light pole hanging loose at the Montana State University-Northern campus.

--

A 13th Street West caller reported Sunday at 7:21 p.m. that someone had tried to break a door down, but no investigation was opened on the incident.

--

A domestic disturbance was reported on Third Street at 3:03 a.m. today. No investigation was opened on the incident.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a report on Fifth Street North Friday at 10:34 a.m.

Mason Alexander Mayer of Great Falls, 21, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants and a charge of no driver's license after a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 87 near mile marker 100 Friday at 9:49 p.m.

Skylah Marie Morsette of Box Elder, 28, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest and on 11 Justice or City court warrants and a state District Court warrant after a Friday 11:53 p.m. caller reported suspicious activity outside a U.S. Highway 87 business in Box Elder.

Deputies investigated a report made at 9:49 a.m. Saturday in the Havre area.

--

A Saturday 11:48 a.m. non-injury vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 87 in Box Elder was referred to Montana Highway Patrol. Havre Fire Department ambulance crew responded and treated two individuals who did not require transport.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Friday, six calls Saturday including one to Box Elder and two calls Sunday including one to Kremlin.

A fire crew responded to a Sunday 6:18 p.m. report of a damaged light pole on the MSU-Northern campus and provided standby for the NorthWestern Energy crew repairing the pole.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held one cat and four kittens all of unknown gender, two male cats, four female cats and a male and a female kittens.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held eight mixed-breed puppies between 5 weeks and 6 months old, four female dogs and two male dogs. Additionally, five 6-week-old puppies were being housed off-site.
