It is with a heavy heart that we share our loss of our loved one and dear friend Susan (Dion) (Landsverk) McCarvel. A loving wife, stepmother, sister, aunt passed away February 7th, 2024.

Susan was born in Havre January 3rd, 1951, to Winifred and Bernard Landsverk. Bernard, her father, passed away in Susan's early childhood. Susan felt the loss of her father every day. Her mother, Winnie, later married Pete Dion Sr., a farmer who had four young boys. (Ira, Pete, Fred, Bob)

She had four loves of her life. Peter (Pug) Dion and Frances M. McCarvel (both of her husbands preceded her in death, 2009, 2015). She loved her loyal, faithful dog companion Chucky, who will remain with Susan's sister Judy, in Arizona. Susan also had a love for gardening and outdoor flowers. They made her heart smile as she tended them every summer.

Susan was an entrepreneur. She and Pete opened one of the first video stores in Montana, called (The Film Library), which turned in to a small empire. They sold the video stores in 1990.

Susan went to massage school, then later, upon graduation, opened and operated "Therapeutic Touch Massage" in Havre, Montana, which she sold several years later for health reasons.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents, Winifred and Bernard, and her stepbrothers Fred (Caroline) Dion, Ira (Gene) Dion and Pete Dion.
