A summons was issued after a juvenile with a THC vape device was reported at Havre High School Tuesday at 8:47 a.m.

A caller asked officers at 10:12 a.m. Tuesday for assistance removing someone from a Fifth Avenue location, and responding officers helped resolve the incident peacefully.

A Tuesday 10:49 a.m. caller on Fifth Avenue asked officers for a civil standby.

--

Officers assisted a 1:36 p.m. Tuesday caller in Havre who had a package delivered to the wrong address.

--

Officers assisted a Tuesday 1:48 p.m. caller who reported losing air pods in the Havre area.

--

Officers assisted someone who stopped at the police station at 2:09 p.m. Tuesday with questions about a parenting plan.

--

Officers assisted a 3:17 p.m. Tuesday caller who needed an escort for an oversized load traveling westbound on U.S. Highway 2 through town.

--

A U.S. Highway 2 Northeast caller reported Tuesday at 3:41 p.m. that a motorcycle had been stolen.

--

A caller at a First Street West business reported a lost black key fob with a black lanyard Tuesday at 7:13 p.m.

--

Officers assisted a Third Street caller asking Tuesday at 8:35 p.m. for help retrieving items from a neighbor.

--

Officers assisted today with a 1:09 a.m. medical call on Third Street.

--

Officers assisted with a 3:21 a.m. medical call today on Third Street.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A 7:37 a.m. Tuesday caller reported a deer tangled in the fence near U.S. Highway 2 and 35th Avenue East, and deputies searched for but couldn't find the deer.

Deputies assisted a Hill County caller who asked Tuesday at 9:47 a.m. to speak with a coroner.

--

Deputies assisted at City Court at 9:58 a.m. Tuesday.

--

Scott Earl Smith of Havre, 43, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 3:40 p.m.

--

Deputies removed debris from U.S. Highway 2 West Tuesday at 4:59 p.m.

--

Jacob Lamere was arrested on charges of resisting arrest and unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted person. Undersheriff Stan Martin said the Rocky Boy police asked at 2:59 a.m. today for assistance in Box Elder after a traffic stop went into county jurisdiction. Lamere, he said, is also being held on a 72-hour probation and parole hold in the detention center while awaiting arraignment.

Deputies served or attempted to serve several summonses in the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Tuesday and three calls early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held two 12-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, five female cats, three male cats and a 23-week-old male kitten.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held eight mixed-breed puppies between 11 weeks and 7 months old, six female and one male mixed-breed dogs, and one female German shepherd-cross dog. Additionally, five 12-week-old puppies were being housed off-site.
