    Editor, Let me be clear. Nasty slanting of the issues and the distorting of a person’s picture is wrong and disgusting. Saying that you would not personally do it is not enough. As a candidate for the state Legislature, I strongly condemn all ads that attempt to vilify. Both parties and individual issue groups have filled this district race with fog.
