We would like to take a few moments to thank the hard-working employees of the city of Havre and Patrick Construction. On Feb. 13, we had a water break in front of our home, within 15 minutes of contacting the city, a crew showed up and worked until long after dark to restore our water. Keep in mind, we live on a cul-de-sac with no street lights. Unfortunately, they couldn't get it fixed that night.
