I agree with the woman from Great Falls about the change in time every year ("No more time change for Montana," Opinion page, March 25). That was a bunch of nonsense to start. Some people take medications every day and get all mixed up with the stupid time. Also some people have babies on a schedule and that also gets fouled up. I agree with Rick Dow. I've lived in this area of Havre for 31 years, and the city has never taken care of the boulevards, the sidewalks or the streets.
