Armed robbery reported at Noon's

A clerk at a Havre business was robbed at gunpoint Sunday morning, Have police said.

Assistant Police Chief George Tate said the robbery was reported at 5:22 a.m. at Noon's in Highland Park.

The robber was about 5 foot 8 inches to 5 foot 10 inches tall with a thin build, and wore a black ski mask, orange sunglasses, a ball cap, and a blue jacket with white sleeves.

"He was brandishing a small handgun," Tate said.

Tate said the exact amount stolen is unknown, but is estimated at $180.

Police have a surveillance tape of the incident but have no suspects, Tate said.

Tate said the last time a business was robbed at gunpoint in Havre was about two years ago, at the Noon's convenience store on First Street.
