Happy Thanksgiving. I only wish I could give you some good news like Hi-Line Lanes has been sold and we're back to bowling, but no such luck.
Ken Brubaker is still at the lanes and can be reached by calling 265-5885. He will refund your locker rent
and gift certificates and will also do ball work.
There are two weekends remaining for the Rudyard No-Tap. Lana and David Herman remain on the top of
the board. Linda Foster and Ralph Burkhartsmeyer have taken over second, and Shirley Kline and Ralph are in the No. 3 spot.
YABA will start its season Dec. 4. Middle school and high school bowlers will begin their session at 1 p.m. and grades 3 through 6 at 3 p.m. Sign-ups will be held prior to league. The Mighty Mites will not start their season until January.
If you are a local youth bowler who will be traveling to Rudyard, Chinook or Big Sandy to participate in those programs and you do not know your card number, please give me a call at 265-4664. You are assigned a number for as long as you bowl in the program, and this number goes with you regardless as to where you bowl.
Doral Anderson picked a 4-7-10 and 6-7-10; Darwin Anderson a 5-10; Laurel Walker 4-5; and Terry Lilletvedt a 2-7-10 and a 5-10.
Trisha Keeler had the women's high game and series last week with a 196 and a 528. The men's highs were a 246 by Randy L. Christofferson and Ron Turner's 620.
