I hope your Friday the 13th was as good as mine. More on that later.
The Rudyard women will be holding their City Tourney Jan 25-29. The team event is $40, doubles is $20, singles is $10, and an optional all events is $1. The team event will be rolled next Wednesday at 7 p.m. and also on the weekend.
Team, doubles and singles will be bowled at 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. on Jan. 27, at noon, 2 and 4 p.m. on Jan. 28, and at noon and 2 p.m. on Jan. 29.
The Men's Tourney will be held Jan 20-22 at a cost of $48 per team, $24 for doubles, $12 for singles, and $2 for all events. The team event will be bowled Friday at 7 and 9:30 p.m., Saturday at 1, 3:30, and 6 p.m., and Sunday at 5 and 7:30 p.m.

Split pickers last week were: Dani Kline 2-7; Katie Swank 2-7; Bill Langel 3-7-10; Pat Foster Sr. 4-5; Karen Knorr 3-10; Todd Langel 2-10; Marjie Spinler 5-6; and Shirley Kline cleared the 1-2-4-10 washout twice.
Trisha Keeler had the women's high game with a 192, and Lana Herman the high series with a 536. Chris Pappas led
the men with his 258 and 646. Six-shooters were: Mark Aspevig 603; Monty Groth 617; and Terry Grant 633 with a 247 game. Pat Foster Jr. had a 245.
James White bowled his first 200 game and Whitney Wendland picked the 2-7, Jaxon Simonson the 2-7, and Charlie Vazquez the 1-2-10 washout.
The Sunday Majors saw Chase Hadford score the highs for the boys with a 217 and a 491. Courtney Wendland had the girls highs of 187 and 471. Chris Young's Attorneys had the team highs of 791 and 2,179. The Juniors were led by Tyson Latray and Wendy White with 177, 441, 161 and 460, respectively. Milk River Co-op had the team highs of 775 and 2,256.
The Preps highs were: James White 202 and 451, and Sara Vazquez 79 and 216. Team highs were a 522 and 1,527 from K-Lines. Gavin Spinler had a 99 and 277, and Whitney Wendland a 144 and 331 for the Bantams. Team highs were a 459 and a 1,347 by Spinler Farms.
Bantam highs for the Thursday league were Payton Peterson 56, Rian Gulick 95, and Kiera Miller 77, 108. Hi-Way Quick Stop had the high team game of 168 and Wells Fargo of Rudyard the high series of 836. The Mighty Mites were topped by Katelyn Hanson with a 32 and a 58. Devon and Dylan Miller tied the boys high game with a 29 and Devon Miller had the series of 44. Grand Chick-N-Coop had the high scores of 425 and 837 for the teams.
