Two Montana children are
hospitalized with serious injuries
in Colorado Springs, Colo., after
a two-vehicle crash Sunday that
killed two other family members.
The State Patrol said Nicole
Rich, 26, of Sand Springs, Mont.,
was driving a van that was
struck head-on by another vehicle.
Rich and her 3-year-old
daughter died at the scene, the
state patrol said. A 5-year-old
child and a 7-year-old were taken
to a hospital.
Authorities said the driver of
the second vehicle, 65-year-old
John Sousa of Colorado Springs,
said he had swerved to avoid
another vehicle.
