For the Havre Daily News
I may have been “all wet” or a little “premature” last year at this time when I told you USBC would be raising our dues to $10. But you can take it to the bank this year. It sounds like it is cut and dry that they will be going up. USBC/YABA has not voted on their raise the last I read but they will probably follow suit. Their increase would amount to $1. As of now they pay $8.50.
Of course, if I have jumped the gun again I will certainly hear about it, and soon!
