The Havre Police Department has released information about two newly registered sexual offenders living in Havre.
Travis Owens, 41, lives at 1450 Second Street West. Owens was convicted of statutory rape in Georgia in 1999. Owens is under probation until 2010 for failing to register as a sex offender, a felony. Owens registered in February.
Cody Johnson, 36, lives at 619 Third Avenue. Johnson was convicted in 1991 for the rape and attempted murder of a 26-year-old woman in Silverton, Ore. He registered in March.
