The birds aren’t the only singers celebrating spring. The Havre High School Spring Choral Concert, conducted by Patrick Ryan, Havre High Choral teacher is tonight at 7:30 in the auditorium. Scheduled to perform tonight are the Hi-Liters, Treble, Concert, Expressions and A Cappella choirs. The Havre High School Friends of Music officers are preparing for the District 7 Music Festival that will take place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 13 and 14 at the high school. Friends of Music is an organization that promotes the music and band programs at Havre High School. Volunteers are needed to help ensure the program is a success. Contact Fawn Thibodeaux at 265-3664 or Crystal Anderson at 265-2770 to volunteer or for more information. Volunteers are also needed for the Taste of Jazz which is coming up on April 30. Anyone interested in donating homemade pies for the evening are encouraged to call Thibodeaux or Anderson.
