Sarah J. Waldner, 47, died Saturday, Aug. 18, 2007, at the Hartland Colony after a twoyear struggle with cancer.
Her funeral service will be today at noon at the Hartland Colony; burial will follow at the Hartland Cemetery. Sarah was born April 30, 1960, in Pendroy to David and Rachel Kleinsesser. She was educated at the Hilldale Colony. She married Jacob Waldner Oct. 4, 1982; they had four children, three daughters and one son. They made their home on the Hartland Colony and Sarah was a homemaker who enjoyed knitting and sewing. She was preceded in death by her daughter Clara Waldner. Sarah is survived by her husband, Jacob Waldner of Hartland Colony; two daughters, Rachel Hofer of Hillside Colony in Sweet Grass, Justine Waldner of Hartland Colony; one son, Dan Waldner of Hartland Colony; her parents, David and Rachel Kleinsesser of Hartland Colony; seven brothers, four sisters, one grandchild and several nieces and nephews. Services were entrusted to Holland & Bonine Funeral Home.
