WASHINGTON
Rep. Denny Rehberg, R-Mont., will be in Havre and Chester on Thursday to gather input and concerns from area residents on a variety of topics. The listening sessions will be held at 10 a.m. in the Hill County Detention Center meeting room in Havre and at 3 p.m. in the Liberty County Courthouse in Chester. The meetings are among eight Rehberg has planned across eastern and north-central Montana April 10-13. “I visit each of Montana’s 56 counties every congressional term so I can hear directly from Montanans,” Rehberg said in a news release. “I encourage everyone to join me to discuss the important issues facing Montana and the nation. “These public listening sessions are geared toward excanging ideas and gathering input I can take back to Washington, D.C.,” added Rehberg, who is a Montana rancher and member of the U.S. House of Representatives’ Appropriations Committee.
