State and Rosebud County officials are investigating the death of an Ashland man, whose body was found Monday morning outside a house in Ashland. Rosebud County Sheriff Randy Allies described the death of 48-year-old Randy Gray as "suspicious." Two men and a woman were in the house where Gray's body was found. Allies says they are possible suspects in Gray's death, but no arrests have been made. Several people arriving at the house Monday morning found Gray's body next to the front-door steps. Allies says Gray lives in Ashland but not at the house where his body was found. The sheriff says a large amount of blood was found in the area of the body. He says an autopsy determined Gray died of hypothermia.
