David Lynn Rosman Jr., 54, died Monday, Feb. 25, at St Vincent Hospital in Billings of cancer.
He was born March 20, 1953, in Havre. He graduated from Havre High School in 1971. He worked as a carpenter for several years in Havre, then moved to Missoula, where he continued working in construction for several years. He started working at the power plant in Colstrip as a welder/mechanic in 1982, where he continued to work until he became ill. He was very active in IBEW in Colstrip. He loved the outdoors and spent a lot of time hunting, fishing, and camping. He will be sorely missed by all his family and friends. David was preceded in death by his father, David Lynn Sr.; his sister, Bonnie Pollington; his grandparents, and two uncles, Virgil and Dick. He is survived by his mother, Elaine, his sister, Carolyn, and his brother, Mark, all of Havre; his children, Stacey, Russel, Jason and Crystallyn, and grandchildren, Taylor, Nova, Alack and Justice. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 1, at 3:30 p. m. at the Moose Lodge in Colstrip. Interment will take place in Havre in the summer.
