Republican Denny Rehberg is running for a fifth term as Montana's sole repres e n t a t i v e i n t h e U . S . House. T h e c o n g r e s s m a n announced his re-election bid Tuesday morning at an event in Billings. Rehberg emphasized his opposition to government- run health care and his support for continued development of fossil fuels. He also urged voters not to get swept up in Democratic c a l l s fo r change, saying "change i s n ' t always a good thing." Elected to the House in 2000, he is a member of the appropriations committee.
