DEVILS LAKE, N.D.
The sheriff of North Dakota's Ramsey County says investigators are taking a fresh look at the killing of 19-year-old Russell Turcotte as they approach the sixth anniversary of finding his body. Turcotte was from Wolf Point, Mont. He was last seen alive in the summer of 2002 in Grand Forks. Sheriff Steve Nelson says authorities are trying to turn up new leads. He says they're considering another search of the tree grove near Devils Lake where Turcotte's body was found on Nov. 5, 2002.
