Ricky Charles Helmuth, 45, committed suicide Nov. 18, 2008, in Billings, Mont.
Cremation has taken place and his memorial service and burial will be held at a later time in Havre. Ricky was born July 3, 1963, in Canton, Ohio, to Ralph and Linda (Ricovits) Helmuth. He was raised and educated in Colorado. He moved to Havre in 1978. Ricky worked for Swift Transportation Inc. of Phoenix, Ariz. He enjoyed his job and the people he worked with. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and camping. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Ricky is survived by his longtime friend and roommate for many years, Flo Wilson of Havre, Mont.; his father, Ralph Helmuth, and his mother, Linda Rocovits, both of Colorado; one sister, Charyl Fair of Littleton, Colo.; Flo’s children, Jennifer Whalen of Lolalla, Ore., and Chris Whalen of Havre, Mont.; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
