Today's dual track meet between the Great Falls High Bison and the Havre Blue Ponies, scheduled for this afternoon has been officially cancelled. The meet which was originally supposed to take place early last week, was rescheduled several times, but weather conditions and now lingering snow at the Havre Middle School track have caused the meet to be cancelled for good. The cancellation leaves the Ponies and new head coach Roger Larson having competed in just one event this season. Havre's only competition was the Havre Invitational back on April 12 at the HMS track. The Ponies have been practicing since March 10. The Ponies have just two meets remaining on their regular season schedule before the host the Central A Divisional meet in three weeks. On Saturday, HHS is scheduled to attend the ARM Invitational in Whitefish, and several HHS athletes will attend the Top 10 Meet in Glasgow on Tuesday.
