Gerald Eagleman, 57, died Wednesday June 4, 2008, at his home in Rocky Boy due to complications from asthma.
His wake service began Thursday afternoon with his funeral service at 10 a.m., Friday, June 6, 2008, at the Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Rocky Boy. Burial will follow at the Eagleman Family Cemetery. Services and arrangements have been entrusted to Holland & Bonine Funeral Home. Gerald was born July 1, 1950, in Rocky Boy to Edward and Rose (Walking Child) Eagleman. He was raised in Rocky Boy and attended Parker Day School. He lived in his same residence since his birth. Gerald worked various jobs until his health prevented him from working. His favorite pastimes were visiting with his family and friends and playing the machines. He was preceded in death by his parents. Gerald is survived by his sisters, Gilda (Eagleman) Stanley of Rocky Boy and Celina Eagleman of Rocky Boy; an adopted sister, Corinne Chance of Fort Belknap Agency; brothers, Francis Eagleman, Galen Eagleman, Allan Eagleman, Harlan (Jeff) Eagleman, and Tex Eagleman all of Rocky Boy; an adopted son, Edward Eagleman of Rocky Boy; an adopted aunt, Barbara Eagleman of Rocky Boy; and numerous nieces and nephews.
