Louise was born to Oscar and Mary Lee on July 24, 1906, in Havre. Louise grew up the oldest of six children.
Louise married Francis Charles Herron. Together, in Havre, they raised four children: Don Herron, Joanie Evans, Thomas Herron and Kathleen Herron. Louise has 13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and two great-greatgrandchildren. Francis died at the age of 73 in 1976. They had been married for 48 years. At the age of 57, Louise and Francis left Havre settled in Auburn, Wash. Louise passed away on June 14, 2008, in the comfort of her own home. In Her final days she was cared for by her two daughters and two granddaughters, as well as many other friends and family members. Just shy of 102 years old, Louise lived a full and honorable life. She was strong and independent through her final breath. She died with dignity and having taught us all that you are only as old as you feel.
