ANNA MARIE LAMMERDING obituary

Long-time Havre resident, Anna Marie Lammerding, 66, passed away Sept. 12 at Montana Medical Skilled Nursing Center in Lewistown of cancer.

Anna will be missed by all of her friends and family. A memorial service will be held in Havre in the spring of 2009. Contributions may be made to the cancer center of one's choice. Anna was born Aug. 22, 1942, in Havre to Dennis and Nora Lammerding. Anna went to school at Sunnyside, Devlin West Wing, Havre Junior High and Havre High schools, graduating in 1960. She was active in all subsequent class reunions. Anna enjoyed crocheting, knitting and multiple crafts. For years she took part in the craft fairs at Holiday Village Mall in Havre. She worked for F. A. Buttrey and Bekin Transport. For the last 30 years she was with Harmon Trucking, Big Bud, Meisner Tractor and Torgerson's. In 1993, she moved to Denton, to manage the office there for Meisner Tractor. She is survived by her mother, Nora Anderson; brothers Bob (Carolyn) Anderson, of Moscow, Idaho, Jim (Veann) Lammerding of Havre; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; and many close friends.
