I hope everyone had a good New Years Eve and welcome to 2008. I messed up again the Holden's Scotch Doubles will be Jan. 26-27, not Jan. 19-20. Ken will be running a No-Tap Mixed Doubles the weekends of Jan. 12-13 and Jan. 19-20. The cost per couple will be $24 and shift times are: 1 p.m., 2:30, 4 and 5 p.m. on all days. Extra shifts will be added on Jan. 13 and Jan. 20 if needed. One time extra prizes will be donated by the lanes and are listed on the flyers. All 300-games will receive $5 and all 900-series are worth $20. There is a sign-up sheet on the desk at the lanes. The last session of the Bantams saw Daeton Keeler score a 64 and a 97 series; Kendall Holden a pair of 54 series' and a 108 series; and Tony Antley a 64 series. Jacey McDonald had a 72, 66, and a 138 series; Jaycelyn Hassa a 65 and a 99 series., and Amy McMullen an 89 series. Ryne Antley and Shania Carlson were the Prep high rollers, Ryne with a 157 and 359 and Shania with a 144, 92 and a 295. Trey Brown shot a 134 and 314; Tanner Hentschel a 341; Sonya Mc- Mahan 92 and 246; and Aitana Moore a 186 series. Zach Davis and Paul Jensen shared highgame honors on the Junior/ Majors for their 212s. Zach had a 498 and Paul the high series of 556. Roman Surber shot a 209 and 513. Tianna Drew threw the girlls' high game of 140 in her 348 and Kaitlynn McKnight had the series of 363 with a 131. Aja Drew had a 126 and 313. Mary Pappas has a birthday on Saturday and Brett Preeshl adds one on Sunday. Jamie Berreth picked the 5-7; Ruby Worstell 4-10; Gen Austin 5-10; Chris Drew 3-10; and Allen Stiffarm 6-7-10. Sharnia Hamilton had the high series of 548. Kim Austin and Jackie Mayer had 490's. Roy Hamilton and Greg Munson had the highs of 248 and 640, respectively. Mike Hamilton shot a 602; Dave Wolf a 247 and 601; and Barry Zanto a 608. The K-Lines Junior bowling will start on Sunday. High school and middle school will begin at 1 p.m. and middle school and grade school (5th grade and up) at 3 p.m. The Mighty Mites and Bantams will start Jan. 10 at 4 p.m. This group consists of 4-year-olds up to the 4th grade.
