Elizabeth “Libby” Harvey passed away after a long illness on April 2, 2008.
Libby was born in Little Rock, Ark., to Edward and Loretta Garton. She is survived by her brother, Edward Garton Jr., and many friends. She was preceeded in death by her parents. Libby was a kind woman with a place for everyone in her heart. A celebration of Libby’s life will be held Monday, April 14, 2008, in the Bear Paws beginning at 6 p.m., watch for the sign
