Obi G. Sandvig, 90, a World War II U.S. Army veteran and retired farmer, died Monday, Dec. 22, 2008, in a house fire at his home south of Dodson.
Funeral services will be 1 pm Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2008, at the Adams-Kirkwood Funeral Home in Malta. Military honors will be conducted by the Malta V. F.W., American Legion and the Montana National Guard. A fellowship at the Malta V.F.W. Club will follow the services. Memorials are suggested to the Phillips County Museum or Historical Society.
