Ralph A. Burkhartsmeyer, 52, a Hingham area farmer who enjoyed mechanical and carpentry projects, fishing, hunting, bowling and darts, died of apparent natural causes on Tuesday at his farm home southeast of Hingham.
Visitation will be all day Sunday at the Rockman Funeral Chapel in Chester. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Rockman Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at the Hingham Cemetery with graveside services at 12:30 p.m. A reception will follow at the Hi-Way Bar in Hingham. Survivors are his three children, Trevin (Tiaya) Burkhartsmeyer, Thad (Robyn) Burkhartsmeyer and Shilo (Matt) Johnson, all of Helena; two grandchildren, Caysen and Christopher; his sister, Linda Patrick of Hingham; and his special friend/companion, Lucinda Pechia of Chester.
