After a stellar postseason run, a duo of Havre High girls basketball players have been honored for their play this season. On Tuesday, the 2010 Central A All Conference Team was released and two Blue Ponies made the list. HHS senior Cassi Darrah was named Central A First Team All Conference after leading the league in scoring. The 5-10 Darrah played multiple positions for HHS this season, and she averaged over 20 points and five rebounds per game. Darrah went on a scoring binge midway through the season, and she was an integral part of Havre overcoming a slow start to its season. Darrah, who also earned all-conference a year ago, helped guide the Ponies to the Class A state tournament for a fourth straight season, and once there, she led HHS in scoring in all four games the Ponies played at state, helping them to a fourth-place finish overall. Joining Darrah is fellow senior Hayley Donovan. The 5-10 Donovan was named Central A Honorable Mention All Conference after leading the Blue Ponies in rebounding this past season. Donovan posted several double- doubles this season, and averaged almost 10 boards per game. She posted a season-high 15 boards on two different occasions. Joining Darrah on the first team was Livingston senior McKenzie Scofield, Butte Central junior Quinn Peoples, Belgrade senior Corie Smith and Lewistown junior McCalle Feller. The second team is composed of Butte Central junior Lexi Murphy, Browning senior Jennifer Stone, Belgrade junior Lindsay Halgren and Livingston seniors Honey Williams and Mia Meyer. Joining Donovan on the honorable mention list is Butte Central sophomore Kasey McKeon, Livingston seniors Mariah Gersack and Kelsey Gray and Belgrade sophomore Justine Taylor. Scofield, Peoples and Smith also earned Class A All State honors, and Livingston's Scott Nichols was named Central A Coach of the Year.
