The Havre High football team dropped its first game of the season, losing to the Butte Central Maroons 24-20 Saturday afternoon in Butte. The Ponies led 13-10 in the second half, but the Maroons rallied in the fourth quarter.

The Ponies are now 1-1 and will play Miles City Friday at 6 p.m. at Blue Pony Stadium in Havre.
