PHILIPSBURG (AP) — A 73-year-old Butte man faces a felony aggravated assault charge after another man was punched in the stomach during a heated argument at a water district meeting last week.
Granite County Attorney Christopher Miller says Don Lembke has not been arrested and has cooperated with investigators.
The Montana Standard reports (http://bit.ly/uVdXQ5 ) the victim was Shakopee Heights water district board member Don Turner, who is also in his 70s. Miller says Turner suffered three broken ribs, a punctured lung and a head injury from hitting his head on the floor when he fell.
The altercation happened on Oct. 26 at the Georgetown Lake Volunteer Fire Department hall near Piney Point.

We can never run out of water on the earth. The water that was put here when the earth was created is the same water that we have now.
Water has no place to go except up into the clouds and back down. It cannot escape our atmosphere. Then as the population increases, something causes glaciers to melt a little to help provide more water.
Glaciers appear to be a water storage system like we use a freezer to store food items. Soooooo no real need to fuss usually. (-:
