Wilbur “Bud” Phillips, 99, of Dodson, passed away Jan. 15, 2012, due to natural causes. Funeral services will be held Friday, Jan. 20, 2012 at 11 a. m. at the Dodson High School Gymnasium. Arrangements are made by Edwards Funeral Home of Chinook.
